Here's the deal and lines.ehshockey wrote:Against Holy Angels they playedfranchize_03 wrote:Thanks SpartanFirespartanfire13 wrote: I know they're not on the same line currently, they both play at center, so not sure how that would work. I believe Budish plays with Everson and I think connor gaarder.
Everson Budish Lee
Ca. Gaarder Leer Co. Gaarder
Eppel Taft Chapman
Macdonald Rauch T. Jorgensen
Lee-Budish and Everson
Ca. Gaarder-Leer and Co. Gaarder
Eppel-Lee-Chapman
Rauch-Macdonald-T.Jorgensen
as they play these two lines in one-two repetitions, they then have Lee center the third line for stability and possible mismatches as Edina has last line change through sections, as well as providing a breather for lines 1 & 2. When the third line is used, Taft rotates up with Budish and Everson the following shift.
Since Edina was up against HA, The third line was seeing more action. Against Burnsville, you will more likely see Edina's first two lines go 1-2 as Burnsville will more than likely skate two most of the night.

If I'm not mistaken, Jack Jorgenson is a senior and Andy Jorgenson is a junior. Not positive I have the senior's first name correct, but in any case, Andy is a junior and his brother is a senior. And I'm not sure if Andy is on the playoff roster, but it would seem he is not, based on the line combos that have been posted above.hockeywatcher4 wrote:I thought his name was jack jorgenson......
But yeah, T does not sound right to me.

I was thinking Tom Joregensen Jack's older brother who played a couple years ago for the Hornets.joemagoo362 wrote:If anyone really cares, its Andy Jorgenson, not anything with a T.

Andy Jorgenson is a Jr. who was recently promoted to varsity. the reason why someone put a T. is probaly becase his older brother was named Tommy (who was an edina captain during his day).
Jack Jorgenson is not related at all to Andy Jorgenson. Jack was playing alot during the AHA game... at defense.

Thanks for straightening me out. And EHSFan as well. Guess I wasn't aware there were two families. I just knew Andy was a junior and that he had an older brother!BluelineD19 wrote:Here's the scoop.... Andy Jorgensen is the junior forward and his brother is Tom who graduated in 2006 and played defense.
Jack Jorgensen is a senior defenseman and his brother is Mike Jorgensen who graduated in 2005 and played forward.
The two families are not related.
Easy to get confused I guess.
They're going to burn Burnsville........how clever. Wasn't Holy Angels supposed to dominate Burnsville in the section championship last year? Edina is a lot like Holy Angels was last year and Burnsville is in the same spot. I was absolutely SHOCKED when I heard Burnsville beat Holy Angels last year and I will be shocked if they beat Edina this year.....lets hope that happens.kohl2008 wrote:Edina is gonna burn Burnsville, they are to much for little burnsy-ville to handle and it will be a battle of the states greatest 2 teams ROSEAU and edina
