Is this the game Roseau goes down? No. I suppose it could happen, but I doubt it. Roseau has a mental advantage between the pipes. It seems like Mike Lee owns Moorhead (It seems like he owns everyone I guess). I think Moorhead will keep it closer than expected but the experience in goal will pay large dividends for Roseau. Moorhead's top line will have to play fantastic to will their team to victory. It should be a fun game to watch, but I don't think last years trend happens again this year in reverse. I see Roseau going to 28-0 and 3-0 vs. Moorhead.

I'll go with 28-0 but 3-0 I think should be replaced with 3 in a row. I remember Moorhead taking Roseau's lunch bucket many a year

Sounds about right. I predict Moorhead's soph o more goalie to be a little nervous in the first period and let in some early soft goals...
Knowing Roseau, I could see Oliver leaving for Concordia. Less pressure. Better salary. Your boss is God instead of The Legion Posse.
We don't go by Legion Posse anymore, we're The Legion Mafia.
I used to play for the Rams in the pre and post Captain Morgan Bill Lund era. The legion mafia must know a little something about hockey. Bill came in and switched around all the systems. I know that just because you have good systems doesn't mean that you will win hockey games. You need to have the players also. When Bill came in the practices were more fun and I learned a lot more. I don't think Bill gets enough credit for the work that he does. I only wish he would've been around from the start of my high school career.

Didn't Roseau play pretty much the same schedule last year?
I'll bet the schedule was similar in 1999 and 1990.
1990 schedule used to be even weaker-Hallock twice, LOW twice, Crookston, etc.
No Park Rapids though.
Rams haven't scheduled Hallock and LOW twice since the mid 80's. 14 games this year are identical to 1990.
1990 Ram Schedule
LOW
Fargo South
Cloquet TRF GF Central
Wayzata Bemidji Warroad EGF GF Red River
Bemidji
Hallock Crookston Warroad EGF I Falls Grand Rapids TRF
The Fort
Virginia
Simley Hibbing
I saw the post. I asked if there was ever really any doubt because I didn't think anybody actually fell for it. I guess some people did.
No falling, just informing
For Spuds fans I guess there is only hope...
Well, I guess maybe not
Give him points for stirring the pot and having a little fun. Like I said the other day, us Spud fans have to have our fun now since our team's season ends later tonight, right?
