They defeated Dultuth East 6-5 at the DEC. I saw David Brown score four goals, including the game-winner with 11.7 seconds remaining in the third period.

His teammates supported and defended to the end.
cloquet will be a poor representative at state if they should upset Anoka. Jokinen is so lazy and overrated. in two games he did nothing against East, and in the first one it was the East goalie who made him look good by playing terribly. I'm a northerner pulling for Anoka because they would be better period. Now I see why Jokinen is still uncommitted.

just my input .. if east was playing anoka id be about a 3 goal lead for them right now... I hate when east and cec play each other cuz even tho cec beat east , that does not matter it s a rivalry that east has problems with every year.. east is the better team and everyone should know it... 7aa should have a good representation not a team that wins off a rivalry that 1 team cant win...

Its so obvious and if noone sees it your blind

Sour grapes. Go home. Cloquet is dominating this game right now and will hopefully finally win a section final. Reid Ellingson has to be steaming out in Michigan and Tyler Johnson the same out in Colorado and all at one time smiling.

SOG
CEC 9-13--22
Anoka 10-5--15

Oh, and in case anyone's curious, we're looking at a crowd probably in the middle or high 3,000s. I'd guess less than 4,000, but not by a ton.

Smaller crowd than we had Saturday, but when you consider that you lose most every one of the East or Grand Rapids fans from that crowd, this isn't terrible attendance.
