Congrats to Coach Cooch and the Flyers - a 4-year run as Section Champ! Waytashek with the trick and Gosiak and Hano with 1 each. Sperl with a nice game also. LF outshoots the Cards 37-30.

kudos to Sperl and Wesley for a great game. Atmosphere was great i think the LF fans came with a little more spirit :) but yeah first period seemed iffy but 2nd and 3rd LF came out to play.

I agree the first period was brutal by both teams at the beginning of the second they settled in. I was a back and forth game with good scoring opportunities at both ends Hemminway didn't have a prayer on a few of the goals just pretty passes. Also the turning point in the game was alex had the puck past sperl but on of the defensemen cleared it out and LF skated the length of the ice and scored. Sperl looked to be on his game he scared us a little when he cam out to play the puck at the top of the circles but he managed to get away with it. Cant say enough about Wesley either great game buddy keep it up. Congrats to alex on a great season. Good Luck at state Flyers come focused and ready to play. See you at the tourney Blanda.

And again here is the thing Flammer, your team wasnt there! They got beat out by Alex, so like the other guy said, go under your rock, and hide out till next year, everyone is sick of you and your post. Oh and I like the little message you sent me to Flammer, I think you need to get out in the real life, and try saying that to someones face, because you will not last long. Grow up!

Congrats to LF, wow what a game, Little Falls had what was needed to get past Alex, and make it a 4-peat. And for Alex, look for them to be very strong next year, from what I have seen this year, they will be a team to watch out for next season!

Congrats to the Flyers and good luck at State. Top line too much for the young Alex Defense corps. Three great goals with no chance for Hemingway, one very nice tip for Waytashek(??) to cap the hat trick and one goal that got away from Hemingway on a skate save.

Little Falls was the better team tonight and won the battles in front of the net and many of the races to the puck.

Great rivalry this year.....Enjoy the ride Small Falls :D

Hey flamer, I remember last year when ur otters made it to the finals and um...what happened? 11-1 lose to the Flyers, I think u need to take a good look at ur team before u try to take any praise away from the flyers or any other team

Congrats LF! 4 years in a row is something I don't care what section you are in. I can't wait for them to prove nay sayers wrong in St. Paul.

In order for that to happen, however, they are going to have to play a lot better then they did last night. WAY to many turnovers in their own zone. They have to handle the puck better in their zone and stop trying to force the puck to the center of the ice. They tried to many long break out passes and long neutral zone passes.

Good luck at state boys, lets go get em and earn their respect!

Also I don't know who sent that you tube clip to tony but I am glad they did!

This from the st. cloud times

Tony Couture had an unexpected treat waiting for him when he checked his e-mail on Monday — a link to a YouTube highlight package from Little Falls' first trip to the Class A state boys hockey tournament four years ago.

That was back when a bid to the state tournament was a dream.

Here is what he was talking about, if you haven't seen it.

I hope the floaters fall down and break their legs walking into the X next week, they don't deserve to be there

Face it flamer, they're a top ten single A team. They've earned their right to be there. They'll give anyone in the tourney a good game. Bank on it.

Not a bad prediction eh? And once again, Sperl gets the upper hand vs. Hemingway.

Well obviously your team isn’t there, so you might as well quit your whining. Your team got beat out in the Semi, and what last year you made it to section finals, and looked so horrible that probably why they didn’t make it this year, that was still in the back on their heads, and didn't want to look like fools once again!

Love this guy's posts! Flamer - the Otters should be the team to beat next year if they can quit playing the goon squad hockey they're used to.
