I'll probably get bombed for this, but give me your examples of small school recruiting or anything below the MSHSL's radar. If you're from the north and are a small school, you tend to be in. If you're metro and/or private, you're out. I don't think it's fair, so I'm curious to know what truly goes on. I hear "stories" that reputable small school programs near Christian Sticks have been offered jobs to the parents if their kid will come and play. But, again, that's hearsay.
