Wow... sounds like someone's a little bitter Roseau's perfect record is tainted.

And please stay off our bandwagon.
Couldnt resist commenting on this
First of all I'm not in favor of privates cherry picking players from other teams - it sucks the fun out the whole high school hockey experience.
Second - I'm not jumping on your bandwagon (by the way if you last looked it's pretty empty) I can still respect kids like Jeff and Ryan for their accomplishments
I would like you to answer this:
What do you feel about combining the privates into their own section?

Sorry for what? For your poor season? Not winning the conference? The low seed in sections? The butt whooping in the 1st round of sections? Nice to know that you look up to Hill so much that beating them early in the season was the goal for the year. I guess the Tartan fans can watch the tournament & see Hill play & say, "remember when we beat those guys a couple of months ago....that was cool." Says a lot about a program when thier goal can be achieved in the first part of the season when most wanna accomplish their goals at the end. I guess both programs were successful...Tartan beat a powerhouse & Hill is back at state.
Hill 15- Sibley 1
then
Tartan 3- Hill 2
then
Sibley 3- Tartan 2

I bet that victory over Hill is very satisfying...

If I start talking about the effort our guys gave, I won't stop talking," Benilde-St. Margaret's coach Ken Pauly said. "If anyone talks about Edina being the best team in the state, they better talk about us, too. We had them on their heels."

Absolutely no doubt BSM gave a great effort. And I would be equally as satisfied to see them playing at 7pm tonight. But if Edina finishes #1 does that mean BSM is #1B?

In my oppinion, Giles could have shortened his bench much more than he did, and would have if there wasn't another game today. I think in that case there would have been a very good chance Edina could have protected their lead better, and perhaps added to it. But of course, we will never know. Just an observation...
