Announcers were saying that STA should relax on the forecheck and play more loose. Presumably to prevent giving DM a PP.
I've never been a fan of prevent defense mentality. I hope that STA stays aggresive. It worked very well in the 1st and much of the 2nd.

The prevent defense is how Marshall School, Duluth was able to get that goal.

St. Thomas Academy needs to step up their intensity to start the third. They let Marshall School, Duluth back into the game in the second. They need to stomp them out quickly.

Brutal penalty call by the ref. Vanelli hit that guy clean, didn't raise his elbow or anything. The guy was reaching for the puck and Vanelli hit him hard. Are we watching girls hockey or something?

Cabela - more of the same ole "ref to the scoreboard" stuff. Saw it last night in Roseau/Hill too. For that matter, I have seen it for over 20 years

DM's buzzing here. Much of the play has been in front of Altrichter.

STA has the ability to score (on the ice that is - but maybe chicks dig uniforms)
I'd rather see em pound a nail than prevent a DM goal. C'mon Vanneli - Turn em loose!

Marshall School, Duluth on their way to becoming the Moorhead of Class A. Always the bridesmaid...never the bride.
