Classic Suburban

Post by Hillhockey000 »

Today's a good day to be a student at an east metro private school.

There's a team from the Classic Suburban in both championships. Although the conference could arguably be the best at the top, I'd be an idiot to think it is the best overall conference. What conference do you think was the strongest this year.

Classic Lake conference, isn't it pretty obvious.

Percentage wise? The Classic Lake with 60% of their teams better than 90% of the state.

Kicker? Only a 5 team conference, so 60% is Edina, Minnetonka & Hopkins. Poor, poor Wayzata! They were nothing but a bunch that these three got to get their jollys with 6+ times in 07-08.

Take that comment over to the football board. I'll take the Classic Lake.

The classic suburban is also very underrated.

classic lake was the best this year no doubt.

I would say when it comes to the city conferences the Lake is on average the best, and the classic in second.

Whenever St Thomas wins a rival of theirs has to win the title above them, in both years getting beat by that rival twice...bummer :(

Now you're getting it....

Congrats to both teams. No the CSC isn't the best conference but its not nearly as bad as the west metro guys think it is. The top 4 all had good season's, and had Tartan played anywhere near their potential this year they could have made a strong top 5 for the conference.

But you're not. I said above, because AA is above A, never did I use the word better.
