Picking the privates worked out well this year. I can't say I was happy that Saint Thomas won, they shouldn't be playing A, but I was very pleased to watch Hill take down Roseau and Edina.

In our own pick contest I won with only 2 wrong. The consolation final between Woodbury & Blaine and the Single "A" final between St. Thomas and Marshall. Not sure how many pts that would have been on yours.

Specifically replying to the comment on STA playing in A instead of AA, I was talking about this during the tournament and someone pointed out that STA has not had the history of success that other private schools have. Their point was that STA shouldn't be overly crticized right now, because their success has mainly been in the last 4 years. Going forward, however, that can soon change(the level of criticism).
