I've been trying to overcome my depression of the private school domination of the state tourney. Just Kidding guys! Congrats to the winners, they do deserve it. I know how hard it is to get there and win. It was a long time ago for me but still the most exciting time of my life. Even if it was 20 years ago. Would like to get the rosters if anyone knows where to find them. I can get arounf on my cruches now, so i wanted to watch the grt 8. Thanks to whoever can help.

With the new section alignments this year, will the teams be the same as in the past?? Because it was 2A/3AA and 2AA/3A. Does anybody know?

Im pretty sure its cause MOST of them do not have committments. I may be wrong.

PURPOSE: To identify those Minnesota athletes having potential for future participation in USA Hockey regional, national, and/or international training
and competition and to expose these athletes to collegiate and other opportunities at advanced levels of competition.

I think that most of the players in this do not have college commitments and the ones that have been invited have mostly declined.

College committment only disqualifies you from the Chicago Showcase team picked following the Great 8 to represent Minnesota at the Chicago tournament.This is also only a rule established by
Minnesota for boys high school hockey.It does effect the selection of the girls team for same tournament.No other state abides by this selection policy and yet Minnesota continues to be very successful at Chicago.
