congradulations to the 2007-2008 NCAA Division 1 College Hockey champions Boston College....Lead by Freshmen goaltender John Muse and Junior forward Nathan Gerbe(who shoulda won the Hobey Baker)...Boston College wins 4-1.....Great job by Notre Dame for getting here by being the first ever #4 seed to make it to the Frozen Four....they played a great game

Congrats to BC.
I did, however, disagree with the ruling on ND's goal in the 3rd.
I think he was trying to kick the puck to his stick, was checked, and it went in anyway.
The rule was put in for goals that were deliberately kicked in.
This one was not. IMHO!

Would have been much more satisfied if ND would have won. But they didn't, congrats to BC..

Agreed.
It was a good one to watch.
Gary Thorne is a great play by play guy.
He gets you fired up.

I absolutely love Gary Thorne. He's always been my favorite PBP guy. He makes the Reds vs. Pirates games interesting.

Thorne reminds me of Al Michaels.
One of the few who can do play by play on several different sports.

Congrats to BC, a good program led by a great coach. He still lets the kids play. Not much trap, 1 man forecheck there, and oh yeah, if your only 5' something but can play he'll have you! Love to watch them fly around the rink and be creative.
