Multi-State Tourny
Earlier this season I heard of a tournament or some sort of event that was going to invite to hockey schools from many different states including some from out east and west. Cant remember where I heard it or where I found the info. any one have any idea what I am talking about here?

exceedgoals.com. Click on prep event. 4 MN schools vs. 4 out of state schools.
Also, I know someone from PA is putting together a tournament for teams for different states. I think though it's only for the top 4 finishing teams from each state which is stupid. I think teams ranked below 100 in MN would slaughter teams from Georgia, Florida, or Arizona.

Interstate competition would be fun, especially between places like MN/ND or MN/WI. I did get to see WI state champ Eau Claire Memorial play this season and I think they could have competed well against top 10 in MN. That said, WI had only 3, maybe 4 teams that could play at that level, whereas in MN, #20 could give #1 a good game.

Yea I would have to agree Memorial may have been able to rival some of the best in MN this year. Unfortunately it is not every year that any team from Wisconsin can do that. EC Memorial had a phenominal year and a great team.Hilltopper99 wrote:Interstate competition would be fun, especially between places like MN/ND or MN/WI. I would love to watch some boys from out east come on over to play.
