Park Rapids will have McMorrow back and a couple of others but no help from bantams.

Bagley will struggle just because of numbers.

Warroad
Thief River Falls
Bemidji
East Grand Forks
Crookston
Lake of the Woods
Park Rapids
Red Lake Falls
Hallock
Bagley
What's the scene in Brrrmidji this year, Sir Elliott?
Bemidji's strong Soph class are now juniors and there are a lot of incoming sophs off a very strong bantam team from last year.

Goaltending will be very good with Sr Dundgeon and national player So Graves.

New coaching should be a plus - young, eneregtic, and confident.
Along with an old-timer returning to coach to add stability and a parent aspect to teh coaching ranks (his kids played but are no goen from the system).
Wade Chido via TRF and BSU
John Wangberg (former HS varsity, JV and bantam coach, of some successful teams)
Chiodo? How is he related to the PR superintendent(via TRF)???

I was thinking Lerhke was going to Mankato this year, my bad.

And what do you mean you don't think PR will fall to the lower tier? When did they make it out of the lower tier?

what seed were they come playoff time the past 5 years, cowboy?? When is Warroad going to hire some teachers who can get their kids an ACT score higher than 12?

PR has to win more then one section playoff game to be one of the top teams. I dont care what seed they had because of the joke of a schedule they play. the fact is they are a non-player in the section.

They had 1 playoff win the first year they joined the Section in 98...

I understand your point, though. When is the last time a #3 seed even won this Section? TRF?

East Grand Forks in 2001 over 4th seeded Crookston

Actually the number one seed has won the section ever year since then. That was also the last time a 4th seed or lower made it to the final. Is it safe to say whoever gets the number 1 seed wins it? Recent trends say yes. That doesn't mean it won't take 4 overtimes though.

Hire teachers? That would take money out of the recruiting pot  :D

I'll go along with SB though, seed means squat, getting blown out of the water consistently come playoff time means they're a non-factor.

This topic is honestly way to early to be talked about........... Every year you guys come on here and talk bad about teams and good about other teams, when none of you actually know. Thats the funny thing, not one of you actually know how good anyone is because you guys dont actually play!

A high seed obviously matters. Nobody lower than 2 has won it in 7 years...

Did that just happen?!........so you are saying that you need to be playing hockey to know if a player is good?..whoa...you might wanna talk to some scouts and make sure they know other players should be recruiting and not them

I will miss the Warroad bashing. The rest of the Peanut Gallery will have to pick it up a notch.
