Section 7 wins Elite II Championship

Section 7 won the Elite II championship today 3-0 over Team Wisconsin. They beat Section 1 and Section 6 to get to the championsip game. Congrats!

The Elite II League Tournament was GREAT...the Championship Game was up and down...and alot of fun to watch!!

Not to minimize the effort of the Section 7 skaters (because they were great too) but that goalie, Soderquist from Cambridge/Isanti was AWESOME!

As you can tell (from my id) this isn't his Dad...

We "cheeseheads" thank Charlie, the fans, and the Elite II League players/coaches...it was a FUN season.

How did the other games go this weekend? Who finished where? No results up on the eliteii website.
