Playing for a hat trick
Hat tricks are quite sought after. Even great players struggle getting them. Does a player with two goals usually play differently in an attempt to get them, i.e. taking a shot instead of passing? On the flip side, as teammates, will others try to get the puck to a player with two goals more often?

Hat Tricks!
It depends on the player. I know a lot of teams if it is a 3-0 game or greater the team will try and get the kid the hat trick. They wont go out of their way to get him it. But maybe moving a 3rd liner up with the star player for the last couple of shifts.

Remember hockeyhair15, assists are looked higher upon by your coach at least when you start off in the minor leagues in pro mode.hockeyhair15 wrote:when my player in NHL 09 be a pro mode has 2 goals i usualy try to get out there for an empty net, or call for the pass more than usual, does that help?
