A great game, back and forth, up and down the ice....
Make that Hastings/Refs 2 - Stillwater 2
apparently 2 ft offsides is okay in Hastings. Not to mention Holding everytime a Stillwater kid came by.
Where you at the game?
Pretty sure hastings got screwed over not stillwater.
Nelson dangled a kid and the goalie initially stoped it but in sneeked it in but the refs waved it off.
The ref was behind the goalline, in the best spot to see it, and blew the whistle. The puck went in after the whistle.
Also must be nice to have the Uncle of one of the Varsity players reffing the game. Gleinser played a nice game. Playing with a solid goalie gives a team a lot of confidence.

Uncle of a varsity player?? Come on. Now it's just pot shots. It was a great game, and the refs were lousy, period. No matter who's uncle they were. They were down right awful. Stillwater looked real quick, but Hastings is also a heck of a lot better than people may expect.youngblood08 wrote:BigD93 wrote:youngblood08 wrote:

Spuds 5, Rapids 2
Moorhead started junior Logan Marks in goal for this one against the Thunderhawks. Quinn Buckellew had a goal and an assist in the game and the scoring was well balanced throughout. The Spuds had a 4-1 lead and were cruising, but Rapids sneaked one in midway through the third and then had a short 5-on-3 power play to try to get closer, but couldn't hammer one home. Spuds hit an empty netter from Jordan Doschadis and it closed 5-2.

He promised Lagoo that he would stay for his Junior year from what i heard. I trust my sources on that.sachishi4 wrote:Wilcox deserves all the credit for keeping these games close. Hell of a goalie. Too bad he is gone after this yearHShockeywatcher wrote:Minn State of Mind, not sure if it's coaching styles or what, but So St Paul has played Hill Murray close at home the past two years, tying last year and losing by only 3 the year before. At Aldrich in the same years they have lost by a combined total of 27 goals. 4 goal differential at home compared to 27 on the road, must be the building.
