The atmosphere is gonna be crazy at the roseau game. I would suggest anyone within 100 miles to drive in and see whats its like in the Sports Center
No. We had an amazing student section for being 4 hours away. Lets see how many you could bring to aldrich. We would tear you guys apart at home - and you know it. 8)
Ok you guys threatened players and little kids. You guys were terrible. Maybe you did a little to much partying before the game?
If you are afraid of a small plastic sword, grow a pair. As for the little kids. They threw coffee drinks at us, were constantly standing in front of us saying things like "suck our nuts", etc, so a couple guys from our section scared them away. They didn't threaten them, and as far as I'm concerned the kids got what they deserved. Security even willingly got the kids away from us because they were being so retarded.

And no, not enough partying before the MHD game if you ask me.

No matter how you put it - we still had an amazing student section for being 4 hours away. We would still tear you apart at aldrich [if anyone would show up]. And the MHD student section is way overrrated.

Yes, we are loud. That is the whole point of a student section, and this topic. We have a good student section with good chants. Yes some are drunk - but we like to party. :D

Much better than your section. Maybe we'll see you the 23rd though?

Hibbing had a good student section...Despite their athletic director trying to stop them from cheering and booing by having Bouncers kick them out of the game if they do.

i second that, now if kids are starting brawls in the stands, throwing things on the ice, or doing anything that affects the saftey of the players or other fans then yea the AD should step in. It seems like more and more in the last few years they have been ruining everything. Let kids be kids, so what if they are a little "disrespectfull" the AD's idea of this seems to be just being good fans. As a player and a fan i love the crazy fans, it makes for a great atmosphere whether its in your barn or on the road, its what makes high school sports so great.

The Whole thing with hibbing's student section was that they were chanting PLEASE BAN ME when there would be a Terrible call...i mean come on...its not like the kids are dropping the F word for christs sake...let them be kids...high school only comes around for so long. I talked to a few of the seniors after last nights game...sounds like there is going to be a riot at that school soon.

i kno some of the private schools can get kinda anal about it, but thats mostly because they are worried that if there school gets a reputation for being disrespectfull enrollment might decline. even though i've never heard a parent say "ya know i really would like to send timmy to private school x, but i was at a hockey game the other night and some of those students are potty mouths, i dont want timmy exposed to that kind of behavior!" but thats another discussion for another day. Everyone loves a good student section, and its great when you get kids with that kind of school pride, i just wish the AD could appreciate it as much as everyone else.

There were no ADs at the WBL/Woodbury game last night (at least Woodbury's wasn't there and WBLs didn't appear to be) and it got out of hand pretty fast. There were f-bombs flying back and forth across the ice, birds being flipped all over the place, nearly multiple brawls in the stands and parking lot, a girl from Woodbury went home with a consussion after getting hit in the face by a WBL fan who was in Woodbury's student section (that's about as low as it gets to all you Bears fans by the way), kids hanging from the boards, threatening of the players on the ice, etc. There clearly needs to be SOME supervision, and this is coming from a student.

Thats where the Host Site having 2 cops in attendance comes in handy.

Yeah too bad they didn't do anything until after the game when they broke up a fight in the parking lot. Some WBL kid was getting pummeled by the Woodbury kids in the stands and they just stood there. The kid had it coming, but still that's not a good cop.

so when a woodbury girl gets a concussion, white bear fans are bad? but when a white bear fan gets "pummeled", they had it coming?

student sections need to chill out. being loud is great, clever is great, occasionally rude and obnoxious is still good, but fights in the game... grow up.

by the way WBL superfans, i am not too impressed this year. come up with creative stuff and quite being jerks

Yeah he had it coming cause he elbowed a girl in the face. Anyone here disagree that hitting a girl in the face constitutes a complete beatdown?

You can't say the wbl section is bad based on the actions of one kid [who doesn't even go to wbl HS] that did something stupid.

Yup that sounds like grounds for a WWF beatdown
