This kids looks great this year, and he's only a sophomore. He's out right now with mono but when he gets back look for some big hits to be given out. This kid's talent could take the Jefferson Junior Gold A team all the way to state.
yeah i have seen him play and he is a dominate force. Big, fast, rifle of a shot, very intelligent. He comes from a great backround with his dad having played for the blackhawks. Look for hiim to carry the jaguars to state this year and be a force for the Jaguar Varisty Team in the future. Remember his name.
Duluth beat Jefferson 3-1 in the Spirit, and killed off 13 penalties, its a team game so I doubt Wes is going to make up for all of jeffersons shortcomings.

Isn't Wes a Soph? Did he play JrGold A as a Frosh last year?
This thread is from two years ago, so I think this kid was a senior last year. Anyway, no skater on Jefferson stood out as a dominating force last season. The only reason they took state was because their goalie stood on his f'ing head at state, not because they had more firepower than anyone else.
I hope somebody has a report of this game when it's done and maybe if we are all lucky enough it will say that number 7 had no points and got rocked multiple times for running his mouth
