Little Falls vs Alexandria

Stitches- I know both hemingway and bruggeman and bruggeman tried out for the team and got the last spot. Hemingway knew that Lee was already there and he wanted to wait a year to go there until Lee was likely gone to college. That is why he played his senior year. The force have the rights to him and he is on there affiliate list. He never tried out for them he was simply drafted by them. Also to some who wanted to know what schools are looking at him. UND is very interested, wisconsin also

I'm not really seeing any huge spelling mistakes jumping out at me.stitches wrote:Nippen, I hope you are a good official, because you are not very good at spelling, grammar or putting together an intelligent sentence.
Bruce, acutally, Hemingway DID try out for the Fargo team. He would have been one of 3 goalies and decided to stay in school, you are close, but again, incorrect. Keep trying.
Nobody will be surprised I have a lot to say on this subject.
First, this game sounds like it was brutal and the only reason this was even a game is because of the LF penalties. This has to be very concerning for Alex that they lost when LF was in the penalty box every three minutes.
As for the Sperl/Hemingway situation, if you all have been following LF threads since last season all of you know I think that gap between the two has widdled its way down to nothing since the middle of last season. The reason people used to say Hemingway was better and now it doesn't look like it so much is because it used to be true. Back a couple years ago, the fact is, Sperl was pretty ugly back in the net. He gave up lots of goals against not so good teams and that year they lost to Hermantown in the first round of the state tournament because he let in a few cheap goals. (don't take this as blame because even with that they earned respect that year and thats when they got mine) They play that game with how much he has improved now it would be a one goal game and a coin flip for who wins. Sperl also had at least two odd man breaks against him last year when they played STA at state and he stoned them. The Sperl two years ago would've looked silly in those attempts. You have to respect how much he has improved since his first year and I have been known to say he is better than Hemingway. I just want everyone to admit that they are close.

Sorry Ms. Bitchonastick, I will be sure to never start another sentence with "And" ever again. Now, what is the homework for the week, oh great language god?stitches wrote:"And by no means, from what I hear, the officials calls didn't decide the game." You are correct, Nip, no spelling errors, but it is certainly an interesting sentence.

I agree, although i was involved, there was absolutely no reason to get off the topic of the Little Falls vs Alexandria game to criticize someones spelling errors.4theloveofthegame wrote:Ok, this is getting rediculous. Either stick to something hockey related or don't post. I'm getting sick of the whole "who done it" act.

Red ice sells hockey tickets.
Sorry about the confusion son. You weren't the one any of that was aimed toward. At least I know of one other person that knows something on this message "bored."GopherPuckPlayer wrote:Did you see what I posted? This was a great game to watch. Alexandria however did get outcoached, Couture was quick to line matches. Alexandria showed great character though, looking at them in the underdog point of view. Alexandria had a game plan of shadowing Hano, they did not succeed what so ever from what i saw. I think the true definition of shadowing is playing good defensive hockey on a player giving them absolutley no breaks or oppourtunities to capitalize on, the player should want to jack you in the cage they should be so frustrated, thats shadowing...this was not demonstrated by Alex during the game. Now, the incident at the end of the game in dealing with Falls Wytashek and Alexs Wensman. From what i saw Wensman didnt have much of a reason to take the shot before the horn blew, but he did and it was clearly not intentional. The situation was overly dramatized. There was no bench brawl but the teams did not shake hands. In conclusion the game was fun to watch! Should be a great matchup between the two on the 22nd
