FSN is the big winner here. Two quality teams and me shifting gears in my easy chair on a Tuesday Night. Should be a great game!
Do I have to shadow Pavelich again coach?

Should be a dandy. Two teams extremely well matched. Centennial can be a tough place for the visitors to win. This should match up 2 of the top 5 in the State.

does anyone think the loser of this game will fall in the rankings at all as a result?

In the past few years, the home team has won this game every time. Something to keep in mind. East is a pretty experienced team that has seen plenty of hostile environments before though, so that may not be too much of an issue. We'll see.

Im guessing if Duluth East wins the rankings will stay the same and if Centennial wins i bet the two teams will switch spots. It will also depend on how close the game was.

Apparently myfoxhockey has bailed on this game (I'm restraining myself from saying angry things about myfoxhockey that I will eventually regret over this decision).

Does anyone know if this game is being broadcast (ie. via radio) anywhere online, or am I doomed to wait for updates on here?

I'll say 2-0 East.
They're pitching a shutout 'till someone scores.
Should be a great game.

I'm trying to find a feed Karl. I'll keep looking.

FSN is the big daddy

Post by dueling21 »

MyFoxHockey bailed because the big cheese (FSN) decided they wanted to broadcast the game. Television always gets dibs, don't y'all know that? But MyFoxHockey does have a great one anyway, the Moorhead at Roseau battle up northwest...coincidentally the Breakdown's top game of the week.

Sure, I know that...won't stop me from being angry at them from taking away my access to the East game though. :x

I feel for you...

Yeah, I feel for you...only so many chances to catch the Greyhounds and one gets nabbed from you. Especially a good one like that.

Update: About 7 minutes in and there's no score (imagine that!).

You'll be happy to know that East only had to kill 1 penalty in the 1st. \:D/

Olson(sp) got the goal. Not sure on the assist, but it was a pass from behind the net, goal tender tried to swipe it out of the crease, it got thru and East banged it home.

Olson got the goal from east on a pass that scooted through the crease.
Shots were 13-9 east
Scoring chances were 6-3 for east
East remains perfect on the pk, centennial was 0-1 on pp.

Pitlick beat Cooper 5 hole to end the shutout streak, the assist went to Schmitz I believe
