Bjugstad is only a sophomore... unless he pulls an Aaron Ness-like move, he will be around for a couple more years. Blaine although built around Bjugstad has a lot more depth than you might thinkcrocket wrote:Probably right, Blaine kind of looked like a 1 player team and probably will be towards the bottom of the NWSC next year if he leaves. There you go again silly silly boy, let`s see Blaine has scored 40 goals so far,Bjugstad has 12 of those...not seeing the "1" player team thing...you been sippin pops happy juice again. Nick might have the most goals on the team, but after him they spread the scoring around pretty well.

Many people thought that the Bengals might find trouble without the likes of Baudette, and they found a way to make it a three-peat in the tourney. I will stand strong in belief that the Cougars have the NWSC this year, but one player never makes a Blaine team. They could be considered "legitimate" year in and year out despite valuable losses. I can call David whatever I want, but he knows what hes doing.crocket wrote:Decided against NDTP this year-He will decide against it next year as a Junior? It would be a miracle on ice story for Blaine to be in the top three (NWSC) this year without him. Put the pipe down, a mind is a terrible thing to waste.
Sorry again Davie

According to what i`ve heard the Gophers don`t want him to go the NDTP rout, love Nick to death,my son has skated with him since Squirts, the Bengals would still easily be top 3 in NWSC w/o Nick. I heard he was going to Meadow Creek next year...

Not to mention I don't know too many kids that would opt out of Blaine for Meadow Creek solely for hockey. Doesn't sound like a smart career choice to me.LetsPlayHockey22 wrote:lol yea he has decided to forgoe his junior year at an established program and have another chance at state so he can play jv at meadow creek next year because of eligibility rules. good stuffMnPride2 wrote:crocket wrote:Decided against NDTP this year-He will decide against it next year as a Junior? B-players from Blaine and top players from teams like Andover,Coon Rapids and others that know their teams are going nowhere and all of a sudden you have a formidable team, then the top players from the top teams start looking. They are class A, how long could it take to make the tournament with the talent around them-Look for the switch to AA in a couple years.--They have tenth grade and unders that are AAA quality including a seventh grade future phenom that obviously must have come from Blaine and touched a nerve.

Why would anyone on Andover or Coon Rapids go to Meadow Creek? Meadow Creek is also going nowhere and will not move up in the near future. Andover and Coon Rapids have much better choices if they want to go to a winning team and are willing to drive a little.crocket wrote:B-players from Blaine and top players from teams like Andover,Coon Rapids and others that know their teams are going nowhere and all of a sudden you have a formidable team, then the top players from the top teams start looking. Yea meust have hit a nerve...
.....how can Blaine survive this season without this 7th grader... Meadow Creek has a good experienced coaching staff, atleast in their head coach from his resume, but I would say that it isn't likely that the players on the current roster were ever top players in their associations, I don't want to say never...but it will be a LONG while before Meadow Creek fields descent hockey.

You can take second rate players from these great programs and make a run in class A -Third liners from these programs would more than likely be first liners on most A teams- They already have great future talent and will take some probable future first and second liners-Does your JV friend have crystal balls?- LOL-Only time will tell.

Davie where do you get your hockey knowledge?? You must have read a different book or something lol. I mean come on man, you cant just go around throwing out comments like that. The first class players on the "good" A teams will hop skip and jump all over Blaines B class players. And if the good players from CR, Andover etc. were to try and go public before they were enrolled in a public school, they would 100% choose a private school with a name for themselves. The new transfer rules completely demolish any hopes of starting a legacy with a new school. Maybe one day they will be 500 if they keep the same trash schedule. Maybe they can be Sleepy Eyes new southern rival, I mean they are about the same caliper.crocket wrote:You can take second rate players from these great programs and make a run in class A -Third liners from these programs would more than likely be first liners on most A teams- They already have great future talent and will take some probable future first and second liners-Does your JV friend have crystal balls?- LOL-Only time will tell.

Put the booze down and go to bed,who are the "top" from Andover,CR and others...
Names of the 3... i`ll keep going as long as it takes,i think your take on "top" players and mine are very very different,no "top" player in their right mind is gonna say..."hey mom and dad,i`m going to Meadow Creek to play hockey next year"...no parent in their right mind(knowing their kid is really a stud) are going to say..."ok honey we`ll fork out the 8 grand so you can really be a stand out on a crappy team".crocket wrote:3 of the top District 10 Bantam players going their next year- I guess we will keep it going??????

Centennial Blaine Maple Grove big toss up for the conference the 1 seed will be a big deal this year.
I would like to know who the "3" best District 10 players that are going to Meadow Creek. 4 of them are at ER, and 1 definitely plays for Rogers?? If you are referring to Anoka, Andover, or CR they don't have the best players in the district. Please let us know.
