I thought the game was very even... when Edina's first line wasn't on the ice. Don Lucia was at the game tonight, and I would hope he can somehow convince Anders Lee to play for the U. The kid is one of the best high school players I've seen.minnesotaice wrote:yeah i agree Blaine looked scared to even contest the player with the puck. Edina's first line SMOKED the blaine defense tonight.
Blaine didnt play as well as they could have but the way Edina played tonight it didnt matter. Blaine only scored when they had the extra attacker, 2 on the power play and 2 of the goals were on delayed penalties and the goalie was pulled.
Edina vs. Blaine 12/26

I'm with minnesnowta, Anders is definentely high on my list of players I've watched. He's big, aggressive, and my lord please tell me you saw that one he rung off of the corner post in the 3rd!!! I too saw Donnie and let's just say he definentely kept his Christmas jolly streak going thanks to Anders. But let's not forget the young buck Bjugstad, oh my has he grown physically and as a player. I'm anxious to see what he can develop into.
