No, I indicated very few get overlooked. As for better than what I referred to .............. NOT!

and breakout said that there were good defenseman out there who did not play in the elite league.. you haven't given us any names that would even come close to the talent level of leddy baker faust alt and since this is a thread of the best defenseman in state, not group of them or good defenseman in state but the best defenseman in state you would be wise to stick with a leddy or faust.

Marshall's one

Post by HShockeyz »

Lucia knows a little bit about talent.

He's got a commitment from Marshall. How many others in the state was he even trying to get? a few, thats it. and Marshall is only a Sophomore and still kinda small at that but great feet, great hands, and I would guess he's in the ushl next year or the year after that for sure. HS won't do much for his development. Be interesting though, Lucia doesn't like the pros taking his kids early, but will he let the prized recruit stay in HS for two more years or push him up a level????

I would say Marshall will stay in HS for the next two years and hop right on over to the U. I dont think he will be playing in the USHL.

regarding Forbort, obviously the rules permit that - any clue as to how he did, amount of ice time, did he take an injured player's spot or was he just an addition.

Got to say Berglund is looking better and better. Handle's the puck better than most, great playmaking skills.

Kalis his partner is one of the ones not in elite league who could have done just fine there.
see you at the rink!
