Chances are, Rapids would not have won that game, but figure in a disallowed goal, bad reffing, and unbelievably cheap play from Jefferson - would have been a different game.
The game ejection was not a roughing call, btw, it was an intent to injure that could have been very serious. Faust totally ran a kid from behind and came from across the ice to do it. Another rapids player was taken out of the game after he took one of the many knees that were thrown.
One of the worst parts of this was a few of the Jefferson fans, grown men mind you, were cheering and laughing about the kind of play AND when the GR players had gone down. I guess you can see where some of the kids get it from.
