I agree with Grizz. Lakeville is way overrated if they can't even beat Edina Green. One would think they should win considering they draw from both high schools and dont have an A team. Edina has 2 B teams and an A team. Very disappointing.

mermaid man. let me see if I have your facts straight. Edina has 1 varsity, 1 jv, 1 jr gold a and 2 jr gold b. Lakeville has 2 varsity, 2 jv and 1 jr gold b. This appears to me to mean that Lakeville's jr gold b team is the cities 5th team and the Edina jr gold b teams are there cities 4th & 5th teams. So by my math things look like they are the way they should be.

btw, i got a chance to see the edina green/lakeville game. great game. congrats edina green. kudos to your goalie, he looked comfortable and in control.

lakeville isnt overrated if anything theyre underrated they played crappy against edina green, and both edina teams are overrated they win theyre games by 1 or 2 goals theyll fall off the top soon and lakeville is going to win it all

i don't know where all you wayzata kids get off ripping on lakeville. seriously, i read these threads and lakeville doesnt talk themselves up at all. It's kids from other teams saying they're good. Not anywhere do i see them talking cocky. Wayzata is the team that talks themselves up. Seriously you make threads then your team just has convos with eachother. Also, you made a thread saying lakeville is cocky because they lost to the number 2 team in state 2-0. You where at that game to, you know lakeville outplayed them it's just that edina capitalized on two breakaways for their goals.

And where do you get off saying that they are overated when we beat you 3-2 right before that and we aren't half the team edina is. Then lakeville stomped us 10-1 after that.

I wouldnt care if you ripped on lakeville if they deserved it, but lakeville hasn't done anything to deserve this.

you guys need to stop you're ruining this forum for everybody else.

calm down morons from burnsville. wayzata beat edina 4 to 0. wayzata played to the level of burnsville or worse and lost. your team is a bit cocky when that oompa loompa number 3 scored he skated all over the ice in celebration.

Ill take a win by 1 or 2 goals every game, its not a matter of how much you beat them by, its a matter of if you win or not. By the way wayzata is a very strong team and moves the puck well, unlike burnsville. They have a strong shot at the state title unlike burnsville once again, ok you may have beat them, but thats a tournament and has completely nothing to do with how a team performs in state. And lakeville was out-played the whole third period, which is what it comes down to. So until you can compete with the best, i dont think you have a say in any of these forums.

Burnsville, congratulations, you won a tournament game when the team you were playing was clearly over looking you. There's a reason Wayzata is the only undefeated team (in league play) left playing in the West side of the Metro League, because their good. Edina Green is good too. Your thought that Lakeville outplayed Edina disgusts me. I hope you don't believe that nonsense your telling yourself. Edina Green over-rated? Another idiotic comment. i want you to take into consideration the mere luck of your win against wayzata gold. they were thinking about the later games in the tournament and you caught them off guard congratulations you won a game. for you to say that they wouldve lost worse than 10-1 to lakeville is a joke considering they beat the team lakeville lost to the night before and they know lakeville is no joke so they wouldve brought their A game unlike against you fools when they were looking past that game already

burnsvillebeast. you should check your stats. even though it is only the top team in jr for lakeville, the city is at least twice the size of edina and each school has the same class size so they should either have 2 b teams or an A and a B
