Let's see if they can get out of districts first before making them state champs.

They are not the #1 team in the north region.

DEast has that one covered.

Roseau, EGF, Bemidji and Hermantown are looking for the second spot.

So making it to state will not be an easy task.

You have to help me...the only reason Centennial ended up with a win is all 6 of their goals were on the power play.

Couple of thoughts: Stay out of the box and power play goals count the same as other ones.

Grand Rapids played there back up goalie against OMG and Centennial not very smart against top 15 teams. Beating Ep is not that impressive.

Special teams are pretty important pass that along.

No excuses Rapids backup is about as good as most teams starter they are just blessed to have another great goalie. And rapids will continue to loose if they take penaltys there penalty kill is awful this year.

Holy cow what has gotten into the drinking water in Grand Rapids. You cannot possibly be a player on this team because nobody would come into a forum and talk like this about teammates. If you are on this team, it is too bad there still are not enough kids in Grand Rapids program to help you realize that playing hockey is a privilege to do. Either way your parents should take away the computer privilege for a year tops. If I was your coach you would be gassed from the team no exceptions.
