HS Summer Hockey Programs

Hey looking for help from around the state: North, West, East and South. Though this would be a great place to start. What do the high school teams in your area do for their players in the summer? How much ice? Dryland? Other? Does anybody know anything about Acceleration MN and the FHIT Program at the Herb Brooks Center?? Wondering if what my towns coach is doing is too much, too little, how to they compare? Thanks.

My High school had hockey 3 times a week in the summer, dryland before or after, and lifting Monday-Thursday early in the morning.
