What happened to Apple Valley's Chris Fischer???????
Noticed he's been out for the last few games... wondering what happened?

"Unfortunately, they'll have to tighten up even more as Fischer was recently knocked out with a separated shoulder. He's hoping to get back in the lineup to help Apple Valley by the playoffs, however."

I heard he broke his arm so the shoulder sounds much better. This must kill the team since they only have about 30 kids on the team (both JV and Varsity-everyone who tried out) I caught a few games last year and noticed they moved a bunch of kids around which is a bad sign. The Thompson kid who was all conference last year as defense is now forward and the Sikich kid is who was a good forward is now defense. They have at least 2 freshmen and maybe 3 sophmores starting for them. I also noticed they have a very, very tough 2 weeks. They played #1 Jefferson, # 3 EP, # 5 Duluth East, #12 Burnsville and # 18 Eagan, WOW. What doesn't kill you will make you much tougher for the playoffs.
