The $2000 figure was an estimate of what we needed to ensure we could buy 12 months of "Gold" status for the board. <br><br>Once we got to within 30 days of the December 28th expiration of the board's current gold status, I was able to lock in a real price of 6 months for $795 (good thing I did, as the current quote, based on increased traffic, has jumped to $1014 in the 9 days since then).<br><br>You can follow the status of the pledge drive by looking at the community chest icon on the main page of the forums (type highschoolhockeyforum.com into your browser's address box to get to the main page). We are currently at $630 of the $795 needed for 6 months.
