weirdest pre-game warm up drill?
What is the weirdest pre-game warm up drill you have ever seen at a hockey game? Last night Mayo did a drill where they had two players on each side and 2 at the blue line passing the puck. The Mayo players did a criss cross and one of the players from the blue line passed it and they went on to the goalie.

This one may be more common than you think, I'm pretty sure Duluth East does this one also, so to me that one doesn't seem all that weird, it actually sounds pretty normal to someone who's been watching it for 4-5 years.gopherhockey21 wrote:What is the weirdest pre-game warm up drill you have ever seen at a hockey game? I think it depends on how much you watch a team and then see other teams doing different things that your's doesn't.

The Hawks had some pretty ridiculous warm-up drills as well.

The last JV game of the year, my sophomore year, our coaches said we could do whatever we wanted to. So we did a shootout for 10 minutes. The fans got a kick out of it. Our coaches didn't think it was so funny, however.hockey34721 wrote:i'm pretty sure the north elite league team did a shoot out before one of their games during last fall.
