trust me, there are more religious people at public schools than a private school.
Hill-Murrays current enrolement is 1000. there is approximately 3.5 times that at white bear alone. NOW if you look at the numbers, yes theres probably over a thousand catholics at a public school, but just because we have more kids at our school doesnt mean the majority of them are catholics.
hill Murrays catholics-100%
White Bears-33.33%?
who knows...BUT tommy, your a Hill-Murray grad from last year, i think you shouldnt speak so soon before you call another person ignorant and come back with an even more irrelevant off-topic point.

that being said
ill take the atheist's over the catholics
4-2
no empty netter...

oh and by the way, The Bears gave up losing for lent 8)
Just to clear up a couple of things - you don't have to Catholic to go to Hill -Murray, and all things considered I would put White Bears Catholic numbers a little higher. Which in turn still gives you a 4- 2 victory for the Pioneers :D

The way things used to be done the whole game in the Grun era; not sure why Sager doesn't do this more often?
Cause theres no Grun on this team.
Many teams across the state double shift their first line quite a bit, and I think you'll see White Bear doing this tomorrow night if Sager decides to match lines with HM. You don't need a superstar to double shift your first line, you just need kids that are in tip top shape.

Haha that was great, but yes for the record I was mostly kidding about the catholic thing.

WBL's 3 forward lines can handle any 2 lines Hill has, they are interchangeable, that has been proven throughout the year. The bigger three questions are: 1- can WBL's horrid defensive core stop what is left of Hills speedy offensive scorers(biggest ?), 2- can Hill's inexperienced defense stop the WBL jitterbugs in front of the net(don't think so) and finally can Lechner again out coach Sager(probably, Hill will be mentally and physical in better shape than WBL) but I'm not sure that will be enough to handle WBL's depth.
So I gotta go with WBL 5-3 as the winners (but will WBL have anything left for Friday? They looked really out of shape against Woodbury.

owen is going to choke for the 8th staright time and never beat hill and go 0-8 in his career.
hill 4-1
loren french the sopmore with the girls names is going to score the first two for hill, both assited by schulze and one from bahe and the other from holler.
zepeda is going to fly by putney and get the third and westerhaus with the 4th.

birkine will score with 10 second left in the third to wrap up the scoring.

White Bear Lake 6
Hill-Murray 4

The teams go back and forth all game, final shots are 44-42 in favor of the Pioneers, and the Bears get their 6th goal on an empty net.

Owen is not the sole reason for the huge losing streak. And for the record - he won't choke. 8)

It is not even a fact that he lost all 8 games. Someone should check their facts next time.

Remember, folks... I am here for the comedy... and since blanco is unavailable, I will speak on behalf of him.

Blanco says, "If pucker15 is from Hill, it wasn't a dream that allowed him to make up this story.!!!"

Cracker Jack, I think you need to re-assess your priorities. If this girl is right for you, I'm sure she would love to eat waffle fries at the coliseum instead of sitting across a table from you.

Fishy, I'm disappointed in you. Picking a woman over a great hockey game! I thought I taught you better than that. Oh well, sometimes you have to learn the hard way.

The Bears "should" win this game due to the losses that Hill has had this year (players not games) but we all know that the Hill vs. WB game always comes down to the end.

I wish my Bears the best and look for a good hockey score.....maybe 4-2 with a blast from Hoffman to send the WB fans into one of the greatest chants by a student section ever. I can hear it now......"Seasons Over, Seasons Over....." I will be attending the game with some old Hill Murray buds so beers are on the betting blocks and I'm thirsty. GO BEARS!!

p.s. notice Barry made no mention of the misfit coaching staff yet!!! That's a first.
