Sandelin was at their game against Denfeld earlier in the season.

Thank You, at least some Virginia fans get it. Its going to come down to who wants it more. Nothing else matters.

And as for "our actions speak louder than words", I highly doubt that you are both on the varsity Blue Devils hockey team and in the student section at the same time, so I would leave using "we" in reference to the team to the players, not the fans.
The part I was referring to was in Gopher's post about Devil fan's coming on the board to post. Read before you write and get your head out of your jacket.
Your right I don't read before I post and I just come on here and blab, blab blab. Explain to me these random Virginia fans who show up once there team makes the finals and starts talking smack. I'm not the only one who see's this.
For the life of me, I don't know why I feel the need to clarify and justify the posts on this "bored" to your adolescent ravings but, my last post was in reference to Jacket 17's response to my previous post. So, obviously you do come on here and blab, blab blab ......

Oh yeah it's going to be a great game and I predict the fairweather Virginia fans are probably not going to make it to the DECC and the game will be a blowout:
Hibbing 25

Virginia 0

Virginia 5
Hibbing 2

Virginia has more depth than hibbing. Virginia has the best fourth line around the area.

That must mean that they have the best third line too. Maybe the coach will give them a bone and they will see the ice for a shift.

I'll take the upset tonight and go with Hibbing. I'm betting on a lower scoring game with Jammer doing well; being shadowed or not.

This game is most likely going to come down to which team keeps its head on its shoulders and doesn't get too chippy, which can be a lot to ask for a bunch of teenaged boys.

Hibbing has beaten Virginia, and Virginia has beaten Hibbing. Scores of the past games really don't have any bearing on tonight's game. Last I checked, they don't carry over scores from previous games.

I'd love to see Hibbing win, but mostly I just want to see a great hockey game by two very good programs.

They'll come to watch Jamnik and when the Devils rip the Bluejackets they'll sign westin or a few other devils.

This is going to be a great game and down to the wire...

Hibbing's down fall: Very Limited puck control in the offensive zone. Most of the goals score are on 2 on 1 streaks mainly odd man attacks. Puck control will be and issue from the start. If they fall behind early by 2 goals. They are toast. They are not a team with potential to come from behind.

Hibbing's Favor: Jammer is hard to control, and if he is come to play watch out. Don't over look Tromp, he has his moments and tonight could be it.

Virginia's down fall. Over coaching, year after year virginia has built solid core teams to fall short in the semis, they relie on the first line talent. Much like hibbing this year. I believe this year will be different I saw a lot of great things happen for Virginia in the Marshall game.

Virginia's Favor:Offensive chances from every line. Very hard to match up against. Biggest thing Virginia has on their side, Hibbing's stigma of lossing the last four years in the section finals with the possiblity. That will put alot of pressure on any team. Coming so close so many times.........

5-3 Virginia Straight Up.

mainefan wrote:PuckRanger thanks for your efforts to try and get this game streamed. I hope you can!!!!!
We are going to try and pull this off. As of now, we will attempt to stream the raw KRBT stream from the arena (no commercials - you will hear dead air during commercial breaks).

Hopefully, we don't run into any technical issues at the DECC. Since this is the first time we have streamed anything directly through prephockeynorth.com, there are a some unknowns. But we are going to give it our best shot.

Windows Media Player 9 or an equivelant will be required to play the Windows Audio stream. The link to the stream is posted on the PHN homepage and will become active when KRBT goes on the air at roughly 7:00 - 7:15.

Thanks...I was just looking at Prep Hockey North... this will be Hibbing's 7th consecutive section final appearance, of which they have lost the last 4. They will be hungary (they won the first two)!
