Best slip up's of the night on live internet feeds!!

Post by Saywhat?03 »

NO joke... i hope someone else was listnening to the live radio feed betwen edina and jefferson tonight. I believe it was the second period of the game. The announce says "And a special shout out to one of our listeners... Jack mehoff (long pause) Oh no you guys really got me on that one" First time i have ever heard it work perfectly in a public setting. HAHA

Whoever taped that game between Edina and Jefferson must have never watched a hockey game before.

They could not keep the camera on the puck very well.

yea, this was funny. It happens when things fly fast and furious. At least it was caught right away and laughed at.

Regarding how you 'propose a shout-out', you send an email to the booth.

Although, while funny that it got on, I wouldn't reccommend trying to 'fool' the announcers. It may work, and then cause that feature(emailing the booth) to be disabled due to immature emailers, etc...

Not as funny, but how about in the first period of that game when both announcers started shouting "Jefferson scores" and it took them a solid 5 seconds to realize the puck hit the cross bar and was out at the top of the circle....

HAHAHA... im just glad i wasnt the only one that heard that. It worked to perfection, i would have thought they would have someone screening that info before the announcers get it. I give that a big TWO thumbs up to whoever pulled it off. Any other good slip ups..... I heard the camera work for MyFoxsports was like a drunk guy trying to operate the camera
