I would love to see "Best of the Bs" teams formed from the two Wayzata "B" teams, the two Edina "B" teams and the two WBL "B" teams. Play the three teams in a round robbin. No winner necessary because just watching that would be Junior Gold hockey at it's absolute sickest! Any of those three teams would give most JV or Jr Gold A teams a run for their money (just button your pie holes all you Jr Gold A guys - if you take a deep look into that dark place that scares you most, you know it's true!)
Best of luck to all eight of the great state of hockey Jr Gold B teams in the state tournament. Regardless of the outcome, you can all stand proud!
Time to go to bed and dream about pirate ships and hockey games.....and remember, you're living the dream...............
