You are ABSOLUTELY right! Roseau poses NO threat to any of the metro teams.. so they all could just as well sit back and relax... Roseau will be absolutely no competition at ALL! haha. 8)

Good team, but not sure if they can beat anyone. Several on that team that are skilled, some not. Fair goaltending too.

The way Blaine has playing lately beating Wayzata and OMG in Regionals and they looked really good, I think that they will easily take care of MP if they play them.

Why is anyone even talking about Mpls Park? They will go 0-2. What were their season scores against some of the teams in the State Tourney?

Losing by 3 is only close in football.

And it's still a loss.

Your poor folks that continue to beat on Roseau and any any northern team!

I guess since Roseau didn't have any quality wins in regions that they should give the bid to some other team?

If Roseau wins what are the odds that another couple city teams will combine another Osseo - Maple Grove merg?? Maybe Burnsville and Eden Praire any good ideas?

Roseau did have a new Polaris employee hired so I think there population is now over 1600 people!

Can sure see why you would hate them- they have so many to pick from!

You sound a lot like a watchdog.. New name? Did you recruit the Polaris kid from Grand Rapids? a town of 1600 with nothing to do but play hockey should produce a quality team. No one is dogging Roseau at least on this post. They should fair well in the tourney if you look into the above posts, It is tough to swallow the fact that six wins and one loss in playoffs and Burnsville, one of the better teams in state, is sent to the golf course. That is playoff hockey. You have to win your last game to get to state. It just happened that one of the Districts and the region have 4 of the top teams in the state rankings that you have to go through. Not the same with Roseau and Owat a town.. Again good luck to the teams that have a shot at winning. (Roseau being one of them)

Osseo/Maple Grove had 1 player on their Peewee A team this year that played for the Osseo association last year so the merger had little, if any effect on their team. It helped more at the B1 level.
