There is no way to get a hold of these people! Has anyone subscribed to this site to watch the games? What is the picture quality? I have my computer hooked up to my tv and am not paying $50 for the Tourney is it looks all pixelated and bad.

I watched some of the games on that site last year. I would say the quality was not great but good. I was quite satisfied with my purchase. For me, at least, it was much better than not getting to see the games, even if a bit pricey.

What type of internet connection do you have? Is it wireless or are you connected directly to the cable modem? I would be using a wireless comcast set up, so hopefully that won't have the same issue you are having!

Did you test your bandwidth with their recommended site? If so, what did they say your bandwidth was? I have comcast with a cable modem and wireless service or i can plug right into the modem.
