37.5% of class A is still private, so we are missing good old marshall and STA....thats still pretty impressive, but 62.5% of the teams being private schools would have really made a statement i guess....Cathedral doesn't recruit, they just offer a superior academic experience compared to the public schools in st. cloud. not sure about lourdes...as for breck, that school is just for rich kids whoes parents want to ship them off to boarding school and not see them for a few years isn't it? haha

SCC talked to Both Ben H & Jared F when they were younger. So you saying that they don't your are wrong.
And LF talked to Nate Schmidt...To clarify, an LF player and Nate discussed the possibility. Chatter amongst friends, not recruiting.

I have to agree with this statement. Cathedral does not recruit? Schools and coaches are not allowed?

The parents of existing players or there kids network to build around them. Superior academic comes into play here. Ya, there is some heritage enrollment.

BUT, Do you think the school boundaries are set like the public programs?

It’s simple, if it's Apollo and Tech boundaries only, that is big to pool from. Now add in Sauk Rapids and I think you can have your own RED , BLACK and WHITE student section like EP did this year? superior!

This is the MN States High School Tournament. All Private organizations that feel they are superior in more ways than the rest of us should be told to be “AA” or go find your gig!

You know how charming and convincing Cathedral is, just look now further than Tom Petters. Charming fella now, LITTLE OFF ON MATH SKILLS THOU?

Actually, Breck is a very diverse school with kids from all sorts of backgrounds. Not just "rich kids" as more than 30% recieve some sort of financial aid. And no there are NO school athletic scholarships. Great education, great athletics. Go Mustangs and good luck to all!

just wondering how many champlin park area kids were on the hockey team. i heard it was 6.
