anders franke didn't play in the state tournament, elk river fell one game short. I still think he is the best frosh in the state, starting goalie for the elks, they played ep,edina, duluth east, blaine, centenial, the list goes on thats alot of pressure for a freshman goalie.

He's not a freshman, he will be a senior. Good try.

Why would he be ranked in the top freshmen then? You aren't that smart...

FollowThePuck.com listed him as a junior this season. That would make him a senior next season. So, is he going to pass Algebra I and make it into Algebra II or Pre-Calc next year?

38 Derek Perkins F 11 5'11" 186 lbs

Looks like gopher1 has my vote for correct information unless you can provide otherwise.

There must be some conflicting information about this kid. Im sure it was his dads intention to try and bring about as much attention to him as possible, or it was the kid himself. HAHA... I feel bad for the people that do this kind of thing. Anyway this list has a Derek Perkins from Lakeville.

Derek Perkings is in fact a junior this year at Lakeville North High School. He just completed his first year of varsity hockey. His parents are outstanding people and are not self promoting, so I doubt that they would start rumors about Derek being a freshman. So we should probably write about more accurate and interesting information.

Is this list of all freshmen varsity players in the state? Or just a snap shot?
