Lake Superior Stars Ice Cup

This was a great game as TB came out and scored first and took that lead into the dressing room leading 1-0. Stars came out slow and looked a little tired from playing 5 games at that point and TB playing just 3. In the second the coaches must have motivated the Stars as they put up 5 in the second to take a 5-1 lead after 2. TB scored first in the 3rd to cut the lead to 5-2. Stars answered quickly and then closed the door with another to make it 7-2 final. Great game to watch as it was very fast paced and physical. Both teams played hard. This is what youth hockey should look like. Fans were into the game and supported their teams well. TB had a great following. Congrats to the 98 LSS on another great season.
