HS Captains Pre-Season Practices & Fall Hockey

So summer hockey is kind of over and school is just starting. We were just out at NAHA tournment and there were 3 MN Teams of girls from all over the state of MN.

Talking with parents and players I was surprised how involved/intense/structured some of the fall Captains programs are. So I would be interested in what different schools are doing?

I would guess many top players in the Metro are also doing the Elite I (60 girls) or Elite II (60 girls) are their other Outstate HS Leagues? What are the options for fall competition pre HS season?
