St Cloud Tech and St Cloud Icebreakers

Rumor has it that St Cloud Tech and The St Cloud Icebreakers are forming one team for the 2009-2010 Season. Can anyone confirm this?

St. Cloud Tech and St. Cloud Icebreakers will combine for the 10-11 season. They did skate together this summer but will still be 2 different teams this winter.

I already knew that they would be together for the '10-'11 season but I heard a rumor that this will be happening NOW so if you could find out that would be appreciated

Wouldn't that make a triple co-op? or a Co-op a co-op?

No, it would just be a three school co-op (st Cloud Appolo, St Cloud Cathedral, and St Cloud Tech).

Just heard that this is happening this year, too. Tech's games are rumored to be the ones that are being pulled off the Central Lakes Conference calendar? I will very specifically say this is a rumor at this point as I heard second hand. Surprising, but so was the Brainerd Little Falls coop last year.

They will be playing at the MAC this year.
