Which goalies currently have scholarship offers?

The Elite League games should be telling. We'll see who steps up.

I was really impressed with Russell at state last year and when I saw him play on tv. Also a big fan of Fons from Hopkins.

I agree with the Russell and Harper, but would add Meyers and drop Ford. Without Leddy I think you may see a significant drop in his numbers this year.

Zane Gothberg no doubt, i see him being the next mike lee. Section 8 always has great division 1 players coming out of it and zane will just be another one to add to the list.

what about...?

These are all good, but I'll give honorable mention to Kurt Altrichter. He belongs in the discussion.

I'm sorry to bash you, but Kurt was the most overrated goaltender in the state of MN.

Meyer's from Benild gets my vote! Jacob seems to hate to lose more than he loves to win and thats what it takes to be a shut down tender. I played the position for 18 years and hes the real deal. No disrespect to anyone else on the list as they are deserving in this coversation but if I have to win one game I want Meyers!

Heres a little differant take on this subject, all of the above maybe be good goalies, but the best may be a kid on a team that no one has ever heard of and maybe getting beat almost every night, He probably faces 30-50 shots a game and saves the majority of them, But with not much talent in front of him he gets no recongition,
To name a goalie that faces 15-20 shots a game just doesnt compare,.. so the question is who is he and where is he playing, that guy will probably be the BEST goalie .

Great point as even save percentage is deceiving when the team in front of you is giving up many point blank chances/easy goals. That said, I do think the good scouts/coaches recognize this and the best goalies are (eventually) discovered.

I agree going by the numbers can be misleading. If the measurement of this thread has changed to who's the best tender in the state based upon what they have in front of them I would put Matt Laprade on the list.
