Re: Maple Grove vs moundsview
Didn't see this game but Maple Grove was the strongest team up at Cloquete. They will be strong contenders in this section.Silent But Deadly wrote:I see Maple Grove defeated Moundsview 3-2 in overtime, does anyone know anything about the game?

Interesting. I thought Moundsview was pretty strong also (saw them in Hibbing..Buffalo defeated them 2-1 in a 35 minute scrimmage)...I expected them to handle Maple Grove but based on your observations, it shouldn't be surprising it was an overtime game.royals dad wrote:Didn't see this game but Maple Grove was the strongest team up at Cloquete. Re: Maple Grove vs moundsview
Mounds View out played Maple Grove pretty bad for 2 1/2 periods. Maple Grove turned it up the last 10 minutes and were lucky to pull out a victory. Mounds View has a good team and works hard. Maple Grove probably is a more skilled team.Silent But Deadly wrote:I see Maple Grove defeated Moundsview 3-2 in overtime, does anyone know anything about the game?
If you really want to count, only Friend and von Steinbergs are on the Tonka team.jcp-18 wrote:<<Not that anyone is counting, but doesn't Minnetonka have three transfers -- Friend (from Hopkins) Raoila (from Chaska) and Blankenship (from Holy Angels).? >> ]
