Doesn't look like that strong of a tournament... How about any thoughts on Eden Praire this weekend?

So we can only talk about the top 5 teams in the State? Go away!

I agree go start your own posting if you want to talk about your team or your sons team in the EP Tourny.

Somewhat true, but your rudeness overshadows your point. There are 4 legit Top 20 teams playing - still very interesting and enjoyable hockey.

I'm driving down to watch the Jefferson vs Blaine matchup - 2 of the big favorites. Burnsville should advance from Pool 1, but Roseville may have other plans. Pool 3 will be tight also, both Mpls Park and Coon Rapids can play well enough to advance.

Who will win?

Jefferson.

Burnsville 8
Jefferson 2

Blaine 7
Mpls Park 1 in last minutes of 3rd

(sorry, I left soon after the Jefferson game - the Blaine game was not quite over....)

OK, my prediction was incorrect - Jefferson lost to a team that figured out how to turn their massive amount of scoring opportunities into actual goals. Kudo's to Burnsville.

Can someone post scores from tonights 1st and 3rd place games?

To bad for the kids from a good msp/park team. Burnsville ran a great tourney. However I will say the Storm will win more games when some of their parent learn the game and grow up. Very poor display at the rink from some of the storm parents.
