Hopkins vs Roseville for the championship in Maple Grove today should be a good one. Both teams looked solid yesterday.

Edina has a tough stretch of games: Blake, HM, Warroad, Roseau, Roseville and Stillwater are their next 6 games.

I understood she played both games this weekend for Edina - not sure if Gleason was back?

Gleason played last night against Blake and from what I saw (3rd period only) she looked great.

Buie and Gleason are back but their playing time has been limited. They are being given time to ease back into the program. I thought they looked good, especially Buie. I don't think anyone is concerned because they will both be back to mid-season form in a couple of weeks or so. Its been a good chance for some of the younger players to get some extra playing time, which I think will pay dividends in the future. Essentially the coach has been playing 3 2/3 lines.

It may not be as huge as it seems but CEC hosts Minnetonka Saturday afternoon.. hopefully they're up for the challenge after the two huge early season 7AA games with GRG (3-3 tie as everyone knows) and Duluth (Thursday night) this week.
