IMPORTANT Info on WBL-Duluth East this FRiday 12-11-09

Post by Goldfishdude »

For those interested, I was just sent an email. Please note that a scheduling mix-up was done and that VARSITY plays at 5:30 and JV at 7:30.

So, for those making the trek, that will affect plans, for sure.

You WBL students best get the word spread for those wishing to go..

Why would I waste my time typing all that?????

After all, what's the worst case scenario?? Watching JV?? [-X

Believe me.... it cramps traveling plans for moi, and I just wanted to make sure people were aware the change, because if I knew I was driving from WBL to Duluth and showed up at 7 to find out the varsity game was almost over, I'd be disappointed..

At any rate, East fans, make sure you get a lot of people to turn out. Back in my day ( ), East attendance at SAHA games was pretty sad. We can't let our friends from White Bear think we're fair-weather fans.

Though come to think of it they'd probably appreciate it if no opposing fans showed up since it would be good preparation for the Hill game.

\:D/ =D> :D Bravo, Karl..... I kinda liken the Hill fans to the spoiled corporate big shots that have suites at all the sports venues, that either don't attend, because there is something more important, like Altar Boy practice, or when they do attend, their hands are in their pockets protecting their money clips!!!

:x Not good. Especially when they play so many good teams over the next month.

But this gives the other defensemen a chance to step up and play big roles. And better now than in February.

Agreed, this will make this team that much stronger in Febuary and March. On the plus side they get the two suspended senior defesmen back in a week.
