Wow your going out on a limb giving Duluth a shot over Shattuck but, Lakeville will have no chance with Burnsville and I don't think WBL will beat Wessy's but we shall see once these games are played. To bad I wont be in the state to go watch some of these games. I will be in chicago watching a different tournament

Wessys boys have in league are 2-2
beat 2 nobodys and lost to tonka 3-0 and lakeville 5-0

WBL is a solid team and competed with everyone all year

Burnsville is a good team and i can see how they are the favorite considering lakevilles record
L edina 5-0
L eagan 2-1
W tonka 5-2
L wayzeta 5-2
L WBL 5-4
T WBL 2-2
W WESSYs 5-0
2-4-1 not very good but all top 1- teams we (lakeville) are playing much better it will be fun to see how it ends up

white division - burnsville
yellow divison - WBL*
navy division - shattuck
royal division - wayzata

* New Trier is an Illinois based club with 4 teams. If their top team (Green?) comes here, they could give the MN teams a good show. O/W I think WBL will take this division.

In the White Pool I like Lakeville. If they take the body hard stay out of the box their my pick. Burnsville has a great goal tending which could make a huge difference.

Yellow Pool: Strictly a guess. I haven’t seen Wessy’s or WBL play this year and I know nothing about New Trier. WBL always has great coaching so I’ll go with them.

Navy Pool: Good weekend for St. Louis Park to figure out where they belong (are they pretenders or contenders). Duluth played in the toilet bowl in the Mtka Tourney so I don’t give them much hope. I don’t know anything about the Shattuck team but I like the SMS hockey tradition. Does anybody have a report on these guys?

Royal Pool: Moorhead is off to another good season and should make a strong showing. Stillwater has yet to win a big game. Wayzata looks like the team to beat in this pool.

Shattuck's JGA team is usually made up of 9-10th graders who are pretty talented but at the same time very small. They can skate and move the puck, but they can easily be taken off the puck. This is what I recall from last year.

Very true about the staying out of the box......
our team (Lakeville) tends to get stupid penalties beyond reason, if we can control that, theres no team (I believe) that we cant hang with.
