Playing Shattuck St Mary's...

Post by HShockeywatcher »

This gets discussed every year; Shattuck plays 4 MSHSL teams this year, but historically their top prep team has not been the team playing each of the MSHSL teams. This year Shattuck played is playing the following teams:
12-03-09 St Paul Academy: W 10-0
01-21-10 Breck
02-04-10 Benilde-St. Margaret's
02-06-10 Academy of Holy Angels

Which of their teams is playing each of the teams?

Thanks

It was actually the Midget AAA team from Shattuck that played St Paul Academy, not the Prep team, according to the Hub.

As for the other three teams, I think it's safe to assume the Prep team will be playing given the fact that they probably stand a better chance at competing against Shattuck than SPA did.

According to their website, the Prep team will play the rest of the games against the MSHSL teams.

Add Centennial HS to that list on 1/23...you are correct, all remaining games vs their prep team.

minnesota scores, mnhockeyhub, nor follow the puck list Centennial playing Shattuck. Additionally, they all list Centennial having 25 games already. So not sure how that would work.

Maybe it's just a scrimmage.
Now don't take this personally but....

Shattuck show's the Centennial game on their prep team schedule.

Maybe it's cancelled and they've just not removed it yet?

Whatever happens, Centennial already has 25 games on their schedule.

Anyone with insider insight on what it would take for Shattuck to play more teams?

What happens if a team were to play 26 games?
