What's Your Top Picks In Order For Section 7A?

Hibbing/Chisholm
Duluth Marshal
Duluth Central
Virginia/MIB/Orr
Two Harbors
Ely/Babbitt-Embarrass/Tower-Soudan
Silver Bay/Cook County
Int'l Falls
Greenway
Eveleth-Gilbert/Mesabi East

1. Virginia/MIB
2. Duluth Marshall
3. Int'l Falls
4. Hibbing/Chisholm
5. Duluth Central
6. Silver Bay
7. Eveleth-Gilbert
8. Greenway
9. Ely/BETS
10. Two Harbors

The top four are head and shoulders above the rest of the section. Although Duluth Central has had a nice start in their final season as a program (?), the best they can hope for is a No. 5 seed.

The bottom five is a toss-up. Silver Bay just beat Two Harbors. Greenway and Eveleth both beat Ely badly, although the Timberwolves did beat Two Harbors, as did Eveleth.

Virginia
Duluth Marshall
Hibbing
I-Falls
Central
Doesn't matter from here!

The Virginia Marshall matchup will be a huge seeding indicator and Hibbing still has two with Virginia and one with Falls so the top 4 really isn't set yet with some great games coming up. Those are just my top 5 to this point in the season. Come end of the year I don't think they'll finish in that order necessarilly.

1. Duluth Marshall
2. Virginia/Mountain Iron-Buhl
3. Hibbing
4. International Falls
5. Duluth Central
6. Eveleth-Gilbert/Mesabi East
7. Greenway/Nashwauk-Keewatin
8. Ely
9. Silver Bay
10. Two Harbors

Whoever wins the section will lose in the first round of the state tournament.

Saying something like that while placing your home team above 3 that are likely to beat yours says enough. :)

I'm not even gunna put Marshall in this because I believe that all private schools should be AA.

1. HIBBING
2. Virginia
3. Falls
4. Duluth CENTRAL

Well we can both agree on that!

but there's too many section games left to be played. Virginia still plays Hibbing twice, marshall and the falls.

Now with marshal being a little shakey as of late, and hibbing on a hot streak as well as virginia and Int'l falls with a tie, anybody feel any changes need to be made to top 7A teams, and ifo so what order?

3. Marshall
4. IFalls

Marshall beat Hibbing 3-1 so there's no way Hibbing would be Number 2. Marshall doesnt even deserve to be #2

your in for a big surprise when the falls play hibbing next time because the falls isn't going to lose. You think just because you won last time means your a better team but your wrong. It was the falls first game and it showed in the first period but after that the falls controlled play and i expect that out of them next game
