Edina Vs. Benilde Tuesday Jan 11th 7pm
Who takes this one with the hornets coming off a tie to a average AHA team and Benilde beating an awful slp team.

Even as a Benilde fan I realize that Edina has to be favored in this game. Edina's depth will probably be too much for BSM to handle. For BSM to win they will need to really outwork Edina and have their best defensive effort of the season, while taking advantage of the limited opportunities they are likely to get. All that PLUS Meyers will have to live up to his advance billing and be spectacular in goal.
BSM has a shot but realistically Edina should win this one, I'll say 5-3.

I think the line of Labosky, Moore and Lauth, all former Edina bantam A's, will be too much for the hornets to handle in their 1st game back at Braemar. That, along with Palm going after revenge from his brother being cut by the hornets, will put the red knights over the top. I'm thinking BSM 6, Edina 4. LOBO with the hat trick.

haha, good sarcasm there. I personally think that the LOBO line will get manhandled out there. Lauth will be the only one that will be able to handle the game because he is at least over 130 lbs. That line will be lucky if they make it through the whole game. Ill take Edina in a close one with their depth winning the game for them in the end 4-2

Hornets
BSM's one line wonders are no match for Edina's 3 balanced lines. Final score 5-0 Hornets.
